3. Have this pen shipped?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email from our store with the tracking number and the shipping courier's tracking page.
The handling time for each order is different so please check see the tab Handling Process for more information.
4. Who is the shipping courier? How can I track the order?
Our shipping courier is DHL. You will receive a tracking number to your email as soon as your order is ready to be shipped.
5. Why does my tracking number show nothing/error?
The tracking number will be activated after 1 or 2 days.
Please check the tracking page again after 1 or 2 days.
